Jeff and I will be providing you with a coupon code for WestJet that will get you 10% off of regular fares to Vancouver or Abbotsford. You will be able to book your tickets right away using this code and can travel on dates up to a week before or after our wedding. We also encourage everyone to look into hotel bookings as we're getting married on a long weekend. I'll post the WestJet code here in the next few days. Many of our guests are staying at the Sylvia Hotel, which we highly recommend.

We forge ahead!

Rest assured, we are in full-on planning mode for our wedding! Here are some things you might like to know about in advance that we can share.

Rehearsal dinner: Friday, September 2, 2011 for family and those involved in the ceremony

Ceremony/reception: Saturday, September 3, 2011 (afternoon and evening)

Transportation to and from ceremony/reception site: We're working on it!

Accommodation: We are recommending the Sylvia Hotel at English Bay in Vancouver for our out-of-town guests. Some wedding events may take place at this location.

Invitations will be on their way as soon as we have the most important details nailed down.

We are so excited to see everyone and enjoy this long weekend with all of you! Thank you for all of your help as we get the details together!
